Disney’s new proposal:
Take ALL employees out of the Union Health Plan
and stick them in the Disney Signature Plan.
The Union Committee came to the table willing to compromise, but Disney is going backwards instead of improving their proposals. Let’s look at some of the proposals:

Associated Press reports that in revenue from parks and resorts grew to $2.73 in revenue for Disney. Apparently this revenue does not let Disney profit enough. Disney insists on attacking our Health Care Benefits for no apparent reason, but to make more money at our expense.

negociaciones.

We are 2300 employees of the Disneyland Hotels, including bellmen, dishwashers, room attendants, and cooks. We have been working without a contract since February 2008.

- Out of the 22 Union proposals the company tentatively agreed to only 1 ONE!
- Today they did not want to discuss economics including wages, gratuities and Health Insurance.
