Local 681 has over 5,000 members in Orange County and Long Beach. We represent housekeepers, bell men, servers, cooks, dishwashers, and many other hotel employees. The majority of our membership works in the Anaheim area at the Disneyland Hotel, Paradise Pier Hotel, Grand Californian Hotel, Coast Anaheim Hotel, Anaheim Hilton and Towers Hotel, Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim Stadium and the Arrowhead Pond. In addition, Local 681 has collective bargaining agreements with Ralph’s stores delis, Aramark and Eurest cafeterias, small restaurants, clubs, and food service venues at bowling alleys throughout its service area.
UNITE HERE Local 681 has a proud history of involvement in community affairs and commitment to improving life for all working men and women. Our members have fought to achieve high
standards in pay, benefits, and working conditions. Our union is currently involved in a major national campaign to organize non union hotels, textile workers, multi-service companies, and gaming.
